It was another great day spent volunteering at Computer2SDKids. We spent just over eight hours there today testing over 250 monitors, re-imaging about 100 computers, and preparing old gear to be recycled in preparation for their monthly pickups from families. From what we learned today they have around 240 families or more come by for these machines.
Some of the team members went out into the San Diego community and filled up large trucks with pallets full of computers, monitors and other types of equipment that was either donated or needed to be recycled. Overall they brought at least another 20 pallets that needed to be organized.
