FRC Volunteer Coach -

My daughter has been in robotics during High School, and now that we are on the way out from COVID I wanted to try and help her and the team out. Now I am not that type of engineer for the most part, my days revolves around computers of course, but its network security, network administration, and now for the most part it has been project managment. I did start later in the season for First Robotics, but I got the change to work with the team, and provide inputs on designs and workflows. I have to work towards my strengths, which is not really mechanical (Never had the use for Drillpress, Mills, routers)- Which I can now learn, but I have been slowing working in organization skills for the team, and task management that I have learned since leaving the Military. As a cyber engineer, I was inudaded with Kanban, and Agile. These are some of the skills I would like to shows to the team.
